This position is dedicated to supporting The UPS Stores and their Franchisees in enhancing operational efficiency, financial success, and adherence to company standards. Key responsibilities encompass aiding in franchise renewals, ownership transitions, relocations, new store openings, and business transformations. The role requires providing guidance, mentorship, and effective communication with both Company-operated locations and Area Franchisees to maximize revenue and profitability through comprehensive training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Implements operational enhancements, training initiatives, merchandising strategies, marketing efforts, and franchise management practices to drive revenue growth.
- Organizes and leads networking sessions aimed at increasing store profitability.
- Educates Franchisees on effective pricing methodologies.
- Coordinates training sessions for store proprietors.
- Assists with the development and renovation of new centers.
- Acts as a communication bridge among various stakeholders.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient in facilitating productive meetings.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Understanding of franchise frameworks and relationships.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in franchise operations.
Compensation Range:
- $69,300 - $86,640
