Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist or APRN/PMH to join our expanding Psychiatry Program at Community Health & Counseling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality direct care psychiatric evaluations, follow-up treatment, and psychotherapy to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Providing clinical consultation for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) services
- Emergent psychiatric intervention support to clients, including determining diagnoses, prescribing, and monitoring medications
- Collaborating with our team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Developing and implementing treatment plans to meet the unique needs of our clients
Requirements:
- License to practice as a Psychiatrist or APRN in mental health in the State of Maine
- Ability to prescribe medications
- Minimum master's degree in nursing/psychiatry and mental health focus
