Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Development:
  • Collaborate with the Brand Lead and fellow HCP marketers to craft the marketing strategy for U.S. healthcare practitioners in anticipation of the potential launch of REXULTI for PTSD, pending FDA approval.
  • Work closely with sales and brand leadership to assess brand performance and implement strategies to enhance revenue and overall success.
  • Identify and propose innovative strategies and tactics to elevate team performance.
  • Lead external agency partnerships to formulate HCP strategies and oversee promotional initiatives.
Marketing Execution:
  • Oversee the creation and refinement of HCP promotional materials, ensuring alignment with cross-functional partners, including Sales Leadership.
  • Manage the brand's HCP budget, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Develop effective sales tools for the sales team and coordinate training for field account managers.
  • Facilitate planning for regional and national sales meetings.
  • Organize advisory boards and consultant meetings to align outputs with HCP strategies.
  • Lead KOL initiatives that connect to HCP professional strategies, including speaker programs and management of the Speaker's Bureau.
  • Establish metrics to measure impact, report outcomes, and refine plans as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory standards for all marketing projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop cohesive brand strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with alliance partners to facilitate sound decision-making.
  • Represent Lundbeck's interests in alliance discussions, fostering trust and respect.
  • Guide the implementation of promotional materials by collaborating with sales training and field teams.
  • Coordinate with various departments to garner support for brand initiatives.
  • Engage with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs to secure buy-in for strategic plans.
  • Provide innovative solutions to both new and ongoing challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related commercial fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or healthcare sectors.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, capable of working independently or within teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing.
  • Experience in psychiatry marketing.
  • Background in marketing mental health products to healthcare practitioners.
  • Expertise in both brand strategy development and tactical execution.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Familiarity with strategic partnerships and co-promotion models.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing marketing plans.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of OPDP and FDA regulations.
  • Field sales experience is a plus.
Travel Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% (up to 50% if working remotely). International travel may also be necessary.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $185,000, with eligibility for a 15% bonus based on individual and company performance. Benefits include flexible paid time off, comprehensive health coverage, and a 401k plan with company matching.
