Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Development:
  • Collaborate with the Brand Lead and fellow HCP marketers to formulate the brand strategy for U.S. healthcare practitioners (HCPs) in anticipation of the potential launch of REXULTI for PTSD, contingent upon FDA approval.
  • Work closely with sales and brand leadership to assess brand performance and implement strategies to enhance revenue and overall brand effectiveness.
  • Identify and propose innovative strategies, tactics, and partnerships to elevate team performance.
  • Lead collaborations with external agencies to create and manage HCP marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.
Marketing Execution:
  • Oversee the creation, implementation, and refinement of HCP promotional materials, ensuring alignment with cross-functional partners.
  • Manage the brand HCP budget, ensuring timely delivery of projects within financial parameters.
  • Develop sales tools for the sales team and coordinate training for field account managers.
  • Facilitate the organization of regional and national sales meetings.
  • Conduct advisory boards and consultant meetings to align outputs with HCP marketing strategies.
  • Lead key opinion leader (KOL) initiatives, including speaker programs and management of speaker resources.
  • Establish metrics to measure impact, report outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance of all marketing projects through appropriate medical, legal, and regulatory reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Engage with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop cohesive brand strategies and tactics.
  • Build strong relationships with alliance partners to facilitate sound decision-making.
  • Represent Lundbeck's interests in alliance discussions, fostering trust and respect.
  • Implement promotional initiatives by guiding sales training and field operations.
  • Coordinate support across departments, including sales leadership, training, market research, and medical affairs.
  • Communicate effectively with brand leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment.
  • Work with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs to gain buy-in for strategic and tactical plans.
  • Provide innovative solutions to emerging challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related commercial roles.
  • 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or healthcare sectors.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently and within teams.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing.
  • Experience in psychiatry marketing.
  • Background in marketing mental health products to healthcare professionals.
  • Expertise in developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Familiarity with strategic partnerships and co-promotion efforts.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing marketing plans.
  • Experience leading digital and non-personal promotion initiatives.
  • Knowledge of OPDP and FDA regulations.
  • Field sales experience is a plus.
Travel Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% (up to 50% if remote-based). International travel may also be required.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $185,000, with eligibility for a 15% bonus based on individual and company performance.
