Key Responsibilities

  • Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Background in retail or completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Knowledge of aquatics and reptiles is preferred
  • Certificate of competence according to § 11 of the Animal Welfare Act in the field of aquatics is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
