Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the HR department with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Manage administrative tasks for onboarding, including data entry in HR systems.
  • Coordinate new-hire orientations and training schedules.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Provide backup support to the HR Manager in payroll and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, and update policies as needed.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide training to management on HR topics.
