We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the Oncology and Radiation Therapy Department at Access Dubuque. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and managing nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the Oncology and Radiation Therapy Department
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and manage nursing staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and department efficiency
- Collaborate with the Radiation Therapy leadership team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Manage and develop staff, including payroll, scheduling, and budgeting
- Initiate and lead change to improve department operations and patient care
- RN with clinic nursing experience required, leadership experience preferred
- Positive, energetic personality and strong communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, team building, and clinical/business knowledge
- Effective organization skills, multitasking, and follow-through
- Independent thinker and collaborator
- Open to change and willing to take on projects
This is a full-time position with core business hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
