We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center. As a Clinical Pharmacist in Oncology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of anti-cancer medications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review medication orders to determine appropriateness of therapy
  • Monitor patient medication regimens for possible allergies, drug interactions, and adverse reactions
  • Individualize medication therapy based on patient variables
  • Manage drug therapy and utilization across the continuum of care
  • Consult with providers to develop safe and effective patient medication care plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
  • Iowa pharmacist licensure
  • PGY2 Oncology residency training or equivalent clinical experience
