Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow profitable sales in the region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Present new products and services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
- Provide technical quotation support and create lighting packages to meet customer needs
- Attend product and trade shows, local events, and business meetings to promote our products and services
- Organize business travels and manage expenses
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong network of local stakeholders
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to work remotely and manage all responsibilities
- Driving license and ability to travel
- Nice to have: experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and familiarity with CRM software
- Nice to have: fluency in Spanish
- A competitive gross annual salary starting at $130,000
