Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our Food and Nutrition Services Department, you will be responsible for supervising Patient Services Workers, delivering nourishments and snacks to patients, and communicating patient food needs to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train Patient Services Workers to ensure excellent patient care and service.
  • Deliver nourishments and snacks to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate patient food needs to our team, ensuring that all patients receive the nutrition they require.
  • Maintain and adhere to all sanitation standards, completing cleaning schedules and other tasks as assigned.
  • Lead, train, and support Patient Services Workers in their roles, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventories and re-stocks pantries, refrigerators, and freezers on assigned units, maintaining accurate temperature logs.
  • Understand and apply therapeutic diets using established protocols, providing assistance as needed.
  • Assist clinical staff in ensuring all patients' basic nutrition care needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Patient Services Supervisor required.
  • Demonstrates leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English; bilingual abilities preferred but not required.

This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
