Patient Services Supervisor

**Job Summary**
Aramark is seeking a Patient Services Supervisor to oversee the receipt, interpretation, and follow-through of patient diet orders in hospital and long-term care settings. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the patient, the Food and Nutrition Services Department, and Nursing Services, helping to train, support, and lead other Patient Services Workers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise Patient Services Workers during meal service and deliver nourishments and/or snacks to patients as ordered by physician/dietitian in a timely manner.
- Communicate all patient food needs to the appropriate area of the Food and Nutrition Services Department.
- Ensure that nutrition diet care orders are provided to the patient by offering appropriate menu selections.
- Lead, train, and support Patient Services Workers in their roles supporting patients/residents.
- Inventory and re-stock pantries, refrigerator, and freezers on assigned unit(s).
- Maintain temperature logs for unit refrigerators and freezers.
**Requirements**
- Experience as a Patient Services Supervisor required.
- Demonstrates leadership, interpersonal, communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual abilities preferred, but not required.
