POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant II plays a vital role in supporting the operational functions of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel's office. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Disciplinary Counsel and other staff members.
2. Manage correspondence, including drafting and reviewing documents.
3. Organize and maintain files, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
4. Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
5. Handle inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

COMPENSATION:
The starting salary range for this position is $31,764 - $35,734 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
