Cybersecurity Incident Response Engineer Lead

At Starbucks, we're committed to creating a safe and secure environment for our customers and partners. As a Cybersecurity Incident Response Engineer Lead, you'll play a critical role in protecting our digital assets and responding to cybersecurity threats.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the investigation and response to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely and effective mitigation of threats.
- Develop and implement incident response plans, procedures, and playbooks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities, and implement controls to prevent future incidents.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and provide guidance and training to junior team members.
- Communicate security incident status updates to executive audiences, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- 8+ years of experience in information technology or information security, with a focus on incident response and threat hunting.
- 4+ years of experience leading cybersecurity incident response teams, with a proven track record of success.
- Deep technical understanding of modern cybersecurity threats, including malware, phishing, and ransomware.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, including Java, Python, Ruby, Go, or C#.
- Experience with automation tools, such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Certifications in cybersecurity, incident response, or threat hunting, such as CISSP, GCIH, or OSCP.
