Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

**Responsibilities:**

* Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
* Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and circumstances.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
* Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards.
* Re-evaluate and revise patient care plans as needed, taking into account changes in medical plans of care and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
* Use clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs of an assigned unit/floor, including establishing priorities.

**Requirements:**

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
* Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
* Current BLS card.
* One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.

**Skills:**

* Trach management
* Vent
* Gtube

**Schedule:**

* Day Shift 9a-9p
* Sunday- Saturday
* 16 hrs/day
* Fulltime/Part Time/PRN available
