Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Specialist to join our team at Emerald Technologies. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for creating individual care plans for residents at one of our locations.

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Accompany residents in building social relationships and actively shape the living area

• Completed vocational training as a qualified nursing professional, e.g. as a geriatric nurse, nursing specialist or health and nursing care professional (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in various areas of nursing, with a focus on geriatric care
• Knowledge of computer-based care documentation or willingness to familiarize yourself with it
