Nurse Practitioner

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

• Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that patients receive individualized attention and care.
• Collect and Analyze Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
• Implement and Evaluate Care Plans: Implement nursing interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies, and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes, including establishing priorities and revising care plans as needed.
• Document Patient Information: Accurately document patient information, including nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.

• Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse license for the state in which you practice.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray: Maintain a current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• BLS Certification: Hold a current BLS certification.
• Experience: One year of prior Registered Nurse experience is preferred.

• Pediatric Care: Possess experience in pediatric care.
• Tracheostomy Management: Have experience in tracheostomy management.
• Ventilator Management: Possess experience in ventilator management.
• Gastrostomy Tube Management: Have experience in gastrostomy tube management.
