Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Specialist to join our team at Emerald Technologies. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for creating individual care plans for residents at one of our locations.

• Develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
• Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
• Accurately document care activities and use our quality management system to track progress
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families, promoting a sense of community and social connection

• Completion of vocational training as a qualified nursing professional, such as a geriatric nurse, nursing specialist, or health and nursing care professional
• Desirable: professional experience in various areas of nursing, including geriatric care
• Knowledge of computer-based care documentation systems or willingness to learn
