About the Job

We are seeking a Guest Experience Leader to join our team at McDonald's. As a Guest Experience Leader, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and communicate with them while ordering
  • Offer assistance to customers using the ordering kiosks
  • Provide help to customers in need of extra support
  • Check with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their food and offer additional assistance if needed
  • Ensure kids receive a kid treat
  • Handle any customer concerns
  • Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
Requirements

We are looking for a team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be willing to learn and grow, and be able to excel in a team environment.
