About the Role

Pacific Clinics is seeking a highly skilled Crisis Clinician I to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Crisis Clinician I, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention services to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify individual and family strengths and needs.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that address specific behavioral and risk-related issues.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, including de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
  • Collaborate with community resources and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support for individuals and families.
  • Document and maintain accurate clinical records, adhering to relevant standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage Family Counselor, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • One year of supervised clinical experience with children or adults.
  • Licensed according to California state law (Welfare and Institutions Code section or become licensed within the designated time frame.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two to three years of clinical experience with adults or children.
  • Training in domestic violence, physical/sexual child abuse, trauma, and competency to maintain current knowledge related to state, county, and local law.
  • Experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities with culturally diverse populations.
  • Bilingual communication skills in another language.
