About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid Market Account Executive to join our team at Carta. As a key member of our LLC sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and accelerating adoption of our platform for LLCs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and sales plan to ensure consistent achievement of quota attainment
  • Drive revenue through strategic outbound prospecting and building relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and surface those findings back to Carta to inform product development and improvement
About You

We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role, with a proven track record of success in outbound prospecting, managing a pipeline, and closing large contracts. You should be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and improve, and be able to navigate complex conversations with ease. If you are a high EQ individual with a strong sense of grit and a willingness to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you.

What We Offer

Carta's compensation package includes a market-competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, exceptional benefits, and a commission plan for applicable roles. Our minimum cash compensation range for this role is $195,000 OTE in SF and NY, with final offers varying based on geography, candidate experience, and other factors.
