Pay Rate: $23/Hr. on W2
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at Trispoke Managed Services. As an Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for:
1. Receiving and Inspecting Equipment
Receive, inspect, and test equipment from customers to identify issues and determine the necessary repairs.
2. Troubleshooting and Repair
Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and repair equipment, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and functionality.
3. Creating Quotes and Preparing Equipment for Shipment
Create quotes for chargeable repairs and prepare equipment for shipment to customers.
4. Maintaining Accurate Records
Log incoming repairs and maintain accurate records of customer units received for repair, including customer name, unit ID, and return date.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Technical Knowledge
Understanding of electricity and electronics, as well as experience with technical equipment and repair procedures.
2. Communication Skills
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
3. Organizational Skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on technical training or a related field.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of electronics and technical equipment.
Work Environment:
This is an entry-level position with little or no prior relevant experience. The work is prescribed and completed with close supervision and little autonomy. Duties are clearly defined, and methods and tasks are described in detail.
