Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinician - Adult Engagement to provide immediate engagement to adults impacted by mental health and/or addiction, supporting and encouraging wellness and recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide biopsychosocial intakes via scheduled appointments and open access
  • Maintain client records
  • Carry a small caseload of individual/family/groups
  • Provide interim coverage for groups as needed
  • Perform other department or agency-related duties or special projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Associate License required
  • Ability to obtain LCSW, LPC, LMFT within one year preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedule
  • Knowledge of psychiatric illness, substance abuse, and crisis intervention and group work
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience in providing assessments, diagnosis, and crisis intervention in an office setting
  • Ability to prioritize and organize schedules and demands
  • Driver's license and access to reliable transportation on a consistent basis

PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW

Provide immediate engagement to adults who are impacted by mental health and/or addiction to support and encourage wellness and recovery

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide biopsychosocial intakes via scheduled appointments and open access

Maintain client records

Carry a small caseload of individual/family/groups

Provide interim coverage for groups as needed

Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapist

Associate License required

Ability to obtain LCSW, LPC, LMFT within one year preferred

Knowledge of psychiatric illness, substance abuse, and crisis intervention and group work

The bonus will be made through payroll in two payments: $3,750 in the first payroll after 30 days of employment, and $3,750 the first payroll after the staff member successfully completes their 6 month probationary period

Bridges is STAR-LRP AND HRSA Approved, and some positions may be eligible for loan repayment through these programs
