This role serves as a vital clinical resource and exemplifies best practices, fostering an environment that supports professional advancement and superior patient care.

Key Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BS/BSN) is required.

2. Licensure and Certifications:

  • Active RN License in Massachusetts
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Preferred certification in a relevant specialty
  • Current ACLS Certification (Emergency Department)
  • Current PALS Certification (Emergency Department)
  • Current Fetal Monitoring Certification (Obstetrics)
  • Current NRP Certification (Obstetrics)

3. Professional Experience: A minimum of three years of specialized nursing experience within the department is required, with a preference for candidates possessing educational experience.
