Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct biopsychosocial intakes via scheduled appointments and open access sessions
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records
  • Manage a small caseload of individual, family, and group sessions
  • Provide interim coverage for groups as needed
  • Participate in departmental and agency-related duties or special projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Associate License required; LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure within one year preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Knowledge of psychiatric illness, substance abuse, and crisis intervention
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience in providing assessments, diagnosis, and crisis intervention in an office setting
  • Ability to prioritize and organize schedules and demands
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
