Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement nursing strategies to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Nursing Staff Management
    • Direct, supervise, and evaluate the work activities of nursing personnel.
    • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Manage nursing resources effectively to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
    • Develop and manage departmental budgets and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Current RN license.
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience
    • 6 or more years of nursing experience.
    • 3 or more years of progressive managerial experience required.
    • 3 or more years of behavioral health experience preferred.
