Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial operations of the hospital, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the hospital president and VP of nursing to achieve financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance on expense management, productivity, and financial analysis.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure coordination for major projects and system initiatives.
Requirements
  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience or 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Hospital experience required.
