Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make informed trade-offs; encourage calculated risk-taking to maximize business value; recognize interdependencies between concurrent projects to avert downstream issues.
  • Establish systems that empower teams to operate independently, including tools such as JIRA boards, dashboards, and reports.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Exhibit maturity, judgment, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills essential for successful program/project management.
  • A self-motivated individual who excels in planning, scheduling, project communication, and risk management.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment with representatives from various functional areas.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal, presentation, and documentation skills, including comfort in communicating with external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, yet capable of assessing a wide range of options to identify what truly matters.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes and durations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
