Account Executive Multi-media Sales Specialist

Salem Media Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Sacramento. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and managing our multi-media marketing solutions to local small and medium-sized businesses.
Responsibilities:- Prospect for local and regional businesses, identifying decision-makers and creating compelling advertising presentations that address client objectives.
- Stay current on local digital marketing trends and opportunities, researching and analyzing client needs to develop strategic marketing proposals.
- Accurately project revenues, meet and exceed monthly budgets for all product lines, and exceed annual budgets.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals in both on-air and online media.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital products and their positioning in the marketplace.
- Able to understand categories of businesses to prospect in and develop in-depth needs analysis to uncover client needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present multi-varied solutions to groups of people.
- Able to work with a diverse group of clients and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
