Job Overview
We are looking for a Medical Biller to contribute to our organization. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to address inquiries related to billing, manage all necessary documentation for insurance billing, and gather essential paperwork from clients. Additionally, you will support fellow Medical Billers with follow-up questions, liaise with healthcare providers to secure records, and meticulously document patient information. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable engaging in phone communications throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in submitting insurance claims through both private insurers and government programs
  • Document and process all required forms from the insurance
  • Guide patients through the billing and insurance processes, ensuring all necessary forms and signatures are collected
  • Coordinate with healthcare facilities to acquire charge information and billing specifics
  • Accurately input all billing and payment data into the system
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding payments as necessary
  • Manage phone inquiries, assist clients with their questions, take messages, and screen calls
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality
