As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for handling warranty claims, analyzing data, and working closely with our sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle warranty claims from initiation to resolution
  • Conduct thorough analysis of warranty claims data
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency


Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers competitive compensation, estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 annually based on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, paid vacation/holidays, paid training, employee development through training and advancement opportunities, and employee discounts on products & services.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in a related field or industry is preferred, but not essential.
