Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and timely service to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and mix ingredients to create a variety of cocktails and beverages, using the correct glassware and garnishes.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain par levels of equipment and supplies, ensuring the bar is always well-stocked and organized.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, as well as mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification: Certificate from an accredited bartending program required.
  • Licenses and Permits: Ability to obtain and maintain any government required licenses, certificates, or permits, including SERV Safe certification.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
