Job Summary
As a Bartender at Hard Rock, you will be responsible for crafting drinks to specification, demonstrating responsible alcohol service, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your tasks will include checking IDs, stocking inventory, and maintaining accurate product levels throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages according to Hard Rock's recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and responsible drinking environment
- Verify guest IDs and monitor drink consumption
- Restock and maintain inventory levels throughout your shift
- Maintain accurate product levels and perform regular inventory checks
Requirements
Experience: Prior experience as a bartenders' aid or in a related role is highly desirable.
Skills: Basic knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation, strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
