The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care and record keeping, as well as excellent communication skills.

Job Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalency is required, along with completion of a Board of Nursing approved training program and current listing with the division of Facility Services Registry.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an acute care or custodial setting is preferred.
  • Documented proof of at least 75 certified education hours is also required.
  • The ability to independently organize work and provide effective health care services to homebound patients through appropriate patient care and thorough documentation is essential.
  • Acceptance of travel and working conditions as assigned is necessary.
  • A working knowledge of the principles of safe and appropriate personal care, as well as company policies and procedures, is required.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range is $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
