Clinical Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at Rural Health Group. This is a full-time position at our Family and Women's Health medical clinic in Roanoke Rapids, NC. The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our OB/GYN providers, including scheduling appointments, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also assist with billing and insurance authorization processes, as well as coordination of transportation for patients. Additionally, you will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions between primary care and specialty services. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in an outpatient physician's office setting; Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification; strong communication and organizational skills.
