Clinical Director for Mental Health Services

Spring Life Behavioral Care LLC is seeking a seasoned Clinical Director to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our mental health agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of mental health services.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $30.00 - $60.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of mental health professionals, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The Clinical Director will also be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors the mission and core values of Spring Life Behavioral Care LLC.
- Consulting and collaborating with members of our multidisciplinary treatment team for effective and holistic treatment of each client.
- Conducting clinical assessments and recommending appropriate services.
- Providing counseling/therapy for assigned caseloads.
- Collaborating in PCP development and implementation.
- Assisting in clinical staff development and training.
- Ensuring that treatment plans are completed, individualized, based on consumer input, and drive the delivery of services.
- Coordinating with the CEO to recruit skilled talent and keep the best employees; motivate and lead a high-performance management team; and retain required members of the executive team not currently in place; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
- Acting as a liaison between the company and MCOs, the community, and other stakeholders.
- Providing mentoring to all employees, including management.
- Promoting communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise.
- Taking responsibility for service authorization requests and follow-ups.
- Managing programs and staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and all regulatory standards.
- Reviews and evaluates the educational and training needs of staff and arranges for further training.
- Consults with program CEOs regarding clinical and programmatic issues.
- Ensures appropriate coordination of services/treatment and follow-up.
- Oversees the development of data collection methods to report and monitor program activities, analyzes data to determine if the activities provided are meeting program goals.
- Participates in quality assurance/quality management (QM) activities related to the programs offered at Spring Life Behavioral Care LLC.
- Maintains 24/7 availability to the staff so emergencies may be minimized and that care may be constant and effective and responds to emergency situations and provides leadership resolutions.
