The Principal in Charge for Healthcare will lead and manage healthcare design projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in overseeing project execution from conception to completion while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage healthcare design projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, such as HCAI and OSHPD
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to achieve project objectives
  • Conduct project meetings and presentations to communicate project status and updates
  • Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices in healthcare design
