Qualifications:
We are looking for a motivated and educated professional with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with move-up buyers in the new home sales sector.
- Availability to work on-site during business hours, including weekends.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A valid real estate license in the state of operation.
- Reliable transportation for travel during work hours.
- A valid driver's license and current liability insurance.
- Proven success in sales and meeting sales targets.
- Strong adaptability skills to navigate changing sales environments.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
- Background checks will be conducted.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Sales Advisor, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the home building and buying process.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Stay informed about product updates and changes to effectively communicate features and improvements.
- Implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and generate traffic.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the local sales team and present business plans to builder partners to achieve sales goals.
- Manage the model home during operational hours, ensuring its appearance and functionality.
