">The Director of Residential Solar Sales will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to drive residential solar and battery sales throughout California.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the residential solar market.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to maintain expertise and provide strategic guidance to the sales team.
Requirements
">- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the solar industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
About the Salary
