Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct crews of field individuals on commercial roofing sites
  • Identify and correct safety-related issues, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards
  • Work with project supervisors to set daily goals and direct crews to meet those goals
  • Coordinate project activities with interior operations of the building
  • Protect building and building content during projects
  • Understand and oversee the installation of roofing materials and systems
  • Communicate effectively with crew members, project supervisors, and business owners
  • Maintain project sites in a neat and orderly fashion
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of commercial roof experience
  • Experience in communicating with clients and representing a reputable company
  • Management experience with field individuals
