Full-time Building Support Assistant

The Renhill Group is seeking a caring and compassionate individual to work as a Substitute Building Aide on a permanent, full-time basis at several buildings in the Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.

This position will require the Building Aide to support the teacher in providing a safe and educational learning environment for the children. The Building Aide will perform various aide duties throughout the building, where ever the need is greatest.

No formal experience is required. Renhill Group's online training courses designed by current and former school district administrators will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to ensure your success in the classroom.

This position offers a set schedule, Monday - Friday, during the hours of roughly 7am - 3:30pm. There are also substitute positions available if you are looking for a more flexible schedule.

Locations:

Boulevard Elementary, Canterbury Elementary, Cleveland Heights High School, Delisle Options Center, Fairfax Elementary, Gearity Elementary, Monticello Middle School, Noble Elementary, Oxford Elementary, Roxboro Elementary, Roxboro Middle School

Requirements:

~ Must be able to obtain HQP (Highly Qualified Paraprofessional)

~ Associate's Degree (in any field), or 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours of higher education, or taken and passed the official Paraprofessional Assessment

BCI & FBI background checks, completed within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education. Renhill Group offers background checks at one of the area's lowest rates ($55), if you do not already have them.

Aide permit issued by the Ohio Department of Education. Renhill Group will assist you in obtaining your permit if needed. Permit costs $25 and payment is made directly to the Ohio Department of Education.
