Regional Commercial Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at Gordon Food Service. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of outside sales representatives and driving business growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of high-performing sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve them.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the food service industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
