Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Trilogy. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, vendors, and general public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to resident inquiries, provide courteous service, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Community Coordination: Coordinate requests for specialized services, such as package delivery and pet care, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and vendors, and provide information to residents as requested.
  • Event Planning: Plan, organize, and execute resident events, including welcome calls, apartment work orders, and community activities.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize computer software to develop newsletters, track telephone calls, and maintain a directory of local services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the community management team to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of tasks.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in property management, hospitality, or retail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience with Yardi software.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and arms to perform tasks, with occasional lifting and driving.
Work Environment

The Customer Service Ambassador will work on-site at an apartment community, interacting with residents, vendors, and external customers. The position requires flexibility with availability, including weekend days, to meet the needs of the community.
