Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient consents and records.
- Maintain patient accounts by updating personal and financial information.
- Handle insurance pre-certs and predeterminations as needed.
- Obtain revenue by recording and updating financial information.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls promptly and returning calls in a timely manner.
- Manage electronic medical records and complete chart reports.
- Check faxes and complete letters daily.
