Pay Range: Starts at $49,895/year. Based on your education, experience, and credentials.

Available Work Schedule: (Full-Time)
  • Tuesday: 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    • Off Days: Sunday and Monday
What You Will be Doing:

This Assistant Manager is responsible to the Residential Manager to provide direct programming and support services to residents with developmental disabilities. The Assistant Manager mentors and trains direct support professionals as they provide individualized direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, the Assistant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF).

Minimum Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have competent literacy and writing, documentation, communications, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Must be able to use tools and equipment as required - including pushing/pulling wheelchairs, lifting consumers with Hoyer lifts.
Preferred Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals is preferred.
  • Three to Five years of supervisory experience.
Required Licensure/Certification:
  • First Aid, CPR - adult.
  • Medicine Administration 1, 2, and 3.
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
  • Proof of auto insurance.
  • Insurable driving record.
