Restaurant Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza LLC. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other expenses to ensure that the store is operating within budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment, and ensure that all staff members are treated with respect and dignity.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or retail management role.
- Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
- In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Demands:
- Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
- Walking surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas.
- Height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48.
- Walking is generally in short distances for short durations.
- Sitting is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
- Lifting bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.
- Carrying large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
- Pushing is performed to move trays which are placed on dollies.
- Climbing team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance.
- Stooping/bending forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
- Crouching/squatting performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
