Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Performance Modeling Engineer to contribute to a leading Semiconductor IP platform provider.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Designing the performance architecture for the cache-coherent interconnect Network-on-Chip (NoC).
  • Investigating architectural choices, assessing design alternatives, and optimizing project performance while balancing power and performance trade-offs.
  • Creating simulation model frameworks and performance models tailored for specific architectures.
  • Conducting workload analysis to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Several years of experience in performance modeling, simulation, analysis, and RTL correlation of SoC system performance.
  • A comprehensive understanding of computer architecture, microarchitecture, and networking principles.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages.
  • Experience in performance modeling for Network-on-Chip systems is highly desirable.
