Position Overview:

  • Assist patients in managing their health by accurately dispensing medications, providing clinical insights, and delivering outstanding customer service while supervising pharmacy staff.
  • Engage with patients to offer personalized advice on managing health conditions, utilizing clinical resources and tailored communication methods.
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services in accordance with state laws, including medication adherence support, immunizations, medication therapy management, and diagnostic assessments.
  • Ensure the precision and suitability of all dispensed medications through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and care teams to deliver patient-centered services that enhance health and wellness outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor pharmacy associates, offering guidance, training, and performance evaluations to maintain an efficient pharmacy operation.
  • Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction while adhering to Rite Aid's policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is mandatory.
  • Valid Pharmacist License in the state of practice.
  • Certification in Immunizations and CPR is required.
  • Exceptional skills in building customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to foster innovation and adapt to evolving circumstances.
