Position Overview

Role Summary:

  • We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual who is eager to thrive in the expanding RV sector. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success, and we take pride in fostering a vibrant sales team within a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere and enhance the purchasing experience for our clientele.
  • Set, achieve, and surpass monthly sales targets.
  • Build rapport and maintain clear communication throughout the sales journey.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and various departments.
  • Conduct thorough presentations and walkthroughs for customers.
  • Collect contact details and keep in touch with prospective buyers until their requirements are fulfilled.
  • Participate in ongoing training and educational sessions through regular meetings and vendor-led training.
  • Attend RV exhibitions periodically throughout the year.
  • Most importantly, enjoy the process of helping customers realize their dreams.

Qualifications:

  • While prior sales experience is not mandatory, relevant education and a minimum of three years in a customer service or sales-related role are highly desirable. We value individuals with the inherent skills and determination to succeed.
  • A high school diploma is required; a college degree is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
