Job Title: Home Health Personal Care Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Home Health Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene, in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Obtain Vital Signs and Measurements: Take vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings accurately.
  • Recognize and Report Abnormal Findings: Identify and report any changes or abnormalities in patient status to the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Active CPR: Maintain active CPR certification.
