We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $165,000 per year, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
Job Description:
In this exciting opportunity, you will join our interdisciplinary team as an Advanced Palliative Care Nurse Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical needs. You will work collaboratively with physicians, ARNPs, social workers, and chaplains to ensure comprehensive care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: A Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Certification: Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (ACHPN) certification is preferred
- Experience: One to three years of experience in inpatient palliative care settings
- Licensure: Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Washington and DEA with full prescriptive authority
